My mental health used to control my life, but now I control my life.

DSC00929_edited.jpg

My name is Kelly Waters and I run a podcast about resiliency with mental health where I talk about my own experiences with Bipolar 1, AuDHD, and Anxiety. I also post YouTube videos and TikTok videos related to the content that I share on my podcast. I hope to help others by sharing my own experiences and what I have learned, but I am not a professional, and will always advise you to look to a professional for advice tailored to your own circumstances, in addition to what I have to share.
